We offer four core programs designed to strengthen public health systems across Africa:

  • Transformative Leadership & Culture Change Program (TLCC): Our flagship program targeting public management teams at national and sub-national levels. It combines workshops with 18-24 months of on-the-job coaching to transform work culture and build resilient health workforces.
  • Collective Impact Program (CI): Designed for multisectoral stakeholder coalitions—including government, funders, implementing partners, and civil society—working together on shared health challenges. We use structured mediation and coaching to transform arms-length relationships into genuine partnerships.
  • Public Sector Scaling of Innovations Program (PSS): As an Affiliate organization of ExpandNet, we support governments and partners to sustainably scale successful health innovations using WHO/ExpandNet frameworks, guidelines, and tools.
  • e-Campus: Hybrid Hub for Transformative Leadership: Our internally built hybrid learning and networking platform that provides continued learning, peer exchange, and community building for program participants, alumni, and public sector professionals across Africa.
