We measure success through a combination of process, behavioral, and programmatic outcomes:

  • People & Process Level: We monitor improvements in team functioning, leadership behaviors, collaborative practices, and work culture transformation using internal TLCC indicators.
  • Programmatic Level: Teams attach their culture change efforts to clinical tracer programs selected by the Ministry of Health. This allows them to track how improvements in teamwork ultimately lead to better population-level health outcomes.

For Collective Impact initiatives, we use the outcome mapping and outcome harvesting frameworks to balance immediate results against long-term systems change.
