Many innovations fail to scale because governments lack clarity in articulating their needs, power imbalances between funders and governments persist, innovations are implemented without genuine government ownership, or solutions are not adapted to local contexts. Our program addresses these challenges by bringing together governments, funders, and implementing partners around a common, government-led agenda from the very beginning.
