Moving our Community to an Online Platform

We also embark on Strategic Initiatives when the opportunity arises to ignite a new way of thinking within public sector healthcare systems. For the Strategic Initiatives, we first establish a need and then engage with relevant stakeholders in government and partner organisations to co-create a solution with the highest potential to unlock value in the healthcare system and build resilience.

Transformative Leadership and Culture Change
(TLCC) Program

Our TLCC program targets Ministry of Health management teams at the national and sub-national level. The goal of the program is to strengthen the healthcare system by building a resilient workforce. This program equips teams to strategically work towards a common agenda and change their work culture in order to create an enabling environment for all healthcare workers in their districts.

Collective Impact (CI)
Program

Our Collective Impact program targets multisectoral stakeholder coalitions who are cultivating radical collaboration to work on a common problem or issue. Coalitions will typically include representatives across government, funding partners, implementing partners (NGOs and other social impact organisations), and civil society.

The goal of Collective Impact initiatives is to achieve complex systemic change through cultivating a collaborative and transformative ecosystem. Spark Health Africa works as a back-bone organisation to lead the architecture development of the coalition platform, providing sustained thought-leadership, and mediating stakeholder engagements to inspire collective impact.

We have developed an online platform for healthcare professionals who aspire to be Transformative Leaders to access resources and engage with like-minded change agents. The platform will also be available for our program participants and alumni. The platform will provide change agents with

Public Sector Scaling of Innovations

To drive sustainable scale up of innovations in the public sector through a systematic development of a scaling mindset.

Although the scaling mindset is deeply embedded in all of our programs, the Public Sector Scaling of Innovations program is designed to provide capacity building and technical assistance to governments and their stakeholders who are either in the pilot phases of an innovation or who are already scaling a successful innovation.

We apply the ExpandNet / WHO approach to scaling
which entails three stages:

Develop a scaling-up
strategy

Strategically manage the scaling-up process

The timelines of the program are context specific and are highly dependent on the needs of the governments and their stakeholders.
